«2012 standen wir vor der großen Herausforderung, unser 8 Jahre altes, in die Jahre gekommenes LMS zu ersetzen. Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Partner sind wir bei Swissteach gelandet, die uns von Anfang an mit ihrem Konzept, den technischen Möglichkeiten und vor allem der pragmatischen und anpackenden Zusammenarbeit überzeugt haben. Besonders beeindruckt hat das Tempo, in dem wir diese Migration bewältigt haben – mit mehr als 2000 aktiven Usern, speziellen Anforderungen und 300 bereits vorhandenen WBTs. Auch heute bin ich nach wie vor von Produkt und Zusammenarbeit mit Swissteach begeistert. Ich freue mich auf alles, was wir noch zusammen rocken werden.»

Dadurch wurden für die SICK Sensor Intelligence Academy LMS Lösungen geschaffen, die einem gewissen Systemstandard entsprechen und gleichzeitig spezielle Prozesse durch spezifische Systemerweiterungen ermöglichen. Umso schöner dann auch zu sehen, dass unsere spezifischen Anforderungen oftmals in den Systemstandard übergehen. Auch wenn Swissteach eher zu den KMUs gehört, liefern sie dennoch einen Service, der die Anforderungen eines grossen industriellen Unternehmens wie der SICK AG absolut deckt. Grosse Besonderheit auch der direkte Kontakt zu KeyAccount Management, Entwicklung, sowie dem CustomerCare Service.»
