The performance module is one of our most comprehensive: On the one hand, it includes performance support, i.e. any knowledge gaps are identified. The employees then receive direct individual training suggestions to close these gaps. On the other hand, this module also contains the performance review function, which is mainly used for carrying out and documenting employee appraisals. Single Sign-On
With this module, the user master data of the learners is synchronized and enables convenient and secure registration – without an additional login or further entry of all data.
Exchange
Communication is just as important as planning. With this module, the sending of reminders and messages to learners, trainers and supervisors is automated. The exchange runs via Outlook and also enables the synchronization of calendars.
HR/PE
This module significantly simplifies your human resources management: All data from the LMS can be synchronized with your leading HR system. This means that the target and actual skills of employees are transparently available at all times.
CRM
This module synchronizes the external user data of partners and customers and thus simplifies the organization of different profiles. This makes it easy to manage the individual skills of partners and customers.
ERP
Here, all settlements are carried out via your leading financial system. The LMS transfers all relevant data to your ERP and thus offers an optimal settlement option.
NAPI
